According to Radar Online Stevie J was served with a subpoena to appear in court at the grand opening of his new club in Atlanta Sleazy and Zino's Bistro and Bar.
Stevie J is accused of owing $1.28 million in back child support to the mother of his two children Carol Bennett.
Stevie must appear in court on Feb 25 and provide past and present income tax returns, employment statements, pay stubs, corporate, business, and partnership books and records or face jail time.
