According to TMZ Sherlita filed for full custody of the couple's minor son but Big Boi is pushing back claiming the child is better off with joint physical and legal custody.
Big Boi also wants a cap on the child support because, according to him, Sherlita is young, healthy, well educated and capable of supporting herself.
