More than a year after his death Omarosa Magnigault and the family of her late fiance' actor Michael Clark Duncan are fighting over the headstone for his still unmarked grave...
According to TMZ Michael Clark Duncan's crypt at Forest Lawn Cemetery in L.A. remains unmarked because Omarosa and MCD's family can't agree on who will handle the arrangements for the marker.
Omarosa claims the family blocked her from ordering the grave stone because they wanted to do it, while the family claims Omarosa listed herself as Michael's wife on the cemetery paper work then never bothered to order the marker.
The situation is so tense it has become impossible for the two sides to sit down and work things out.
Earlier this year Michael's family became enraged after Omarosa put the late actor's Woodland Hills home up for sale and began selling off his movie memorabilia without their knowledge [click here if you missed that].
