Terrence Howard and Michelle Ghent went through a VERY bitter divorce with nasty accusations hurled from both sides, including racial slurs and physical abuse [click here if you missed that].
Their divorce became final back in May but last week the two decided to vacation together in Costa Rica and that's when things went south.
According to TMZ Michelle has filed for a restraining order against Terrence claiming he brutally beat her during their vacay.
Terrence counters that Michell maced him and members of his family, but Michelle's camp says Terrence is just trying to cover up his own actions.
