According to Radar Online Kenya Moore was $848 short on the $4,000 a month rent for her Rosewell mansion in May and the owner is moving to evict.
Part of the reason the landlord is cutting Kenya zero slack is because she has not been maintaining the property. The landscaping is shot, the pool is dirty and Kenya lets her dog run all over the neighborhood without a leash.
The neighbors have been complaining non-stop since Kenya moved in and the owner has had enough.
The sheriff tacked an eviction notice on Kenya's house two days ago, but Kenya hasn't been home so she hasn't seen it.
Kenya has until June 7 to answer her landlord's complaint.
