Back in August there were rumors that R&B Divas producer and cast member Nicci Gilbert was being kicked off her own show for being too difficult [click here if you missed that].
Those rumors have surfaced again...
Sources tell The YBF that Nicci is definitely being replaced next season because market research showed she was the least favorite cast mate.
The source claims the firing is being kept on the low until a suitable replacement is found.
There is also talk of an L.A. spin-off.
