Last year rapper Webbie was banned forever from 106 and Park after whispering something really nasty in Rocsi Diaz's ear [click here if you missed that].
Rocsi should consider herself lucky she didn't get robbed and kicked down two flights of stairs...
Webbie was arrested in Baton Rouge, Louisiana on September 12 and charged with simple battery and simple robbery after attacking a woman at the Chase Suites Hotel.
According to the police report Webbie kicked the women down two flights of stairs and stole $340.00 from her purse.
Webbie admits taking the money but says she stole it from him first. He plans to fight the charges.
