Terrell Owens is facing jail time over his back child support issues...
Terrell was scheduled to appear at a child support hearing in Fulton County GA yesterday in the case of the seven year old daughter he fathered with Melanie Smith.
Melanie claims Terrell hasn't paid child support in four months and owes her $20,000.
Terrell didn't show up for the hearing but his lawyer took the blame explaining he did not communicate well with his client.
The hearing was reset for July 19 and Terrell is facing jail time if he does not show up.
