El Debarge was arrested in Encino, CA yesterday and charged with drug possession...
According to reports El was arrested after LAPD observed him making a drug transaction with another man near the 101 freeway around 2pm.
El was charged with possession of narcotics with intent to sell and was released on $30k bond.
El is due back in court next month.
