Dennis Rodman is facing jail time for falling behind on his child support and spousal support order...
Dennis Rodman's third wife Michelle hauled Dennis into court recently because as of March 1, Dennis owes Michelle more than $800,000 in back child support and more than $50,000 in back spousal support.
Two years ago Dennis was ordered to pay Michelle $50k a month for the their two children ages 9 and 10 [click here if you missed that].
In response to Michelle's filing Dennis' lawyers submitted a statement describing Dennis as "extremely sick" and asked that his support order be lowered considerably because,
"Even the wealthiest celebrities in the world" would not be ordered to pay $50,000 a month, and while Rodman hasn't been able to make payments of that amount, "it is absolutely untrue that Mr. Rodman failed to pay child or spousal support. Mr. Rodman has always provided support to his family to the best of his ability and will continue to do so."
Dennis is facing up to 20 days in jail for failure to pay child support.
