According to reports Bobby was pulled over around 12 noon by the California Highway Patrol for talking on his cell phone while driving. Officers observed signs of intoxication and administered several sobriety tests all of which Bobby failed.
Bobby was booked into the Van Nuys jail for driving under the influence and driving with a blood alcohol level .08 or higher.
Bobby bailed out a few hours after his arrest.
