According to reports, shortly after his acceptance speech at the Creative Coalition Spotlight Awards, Tracy, who suffers from diabetes and underwent a kidney transplant two years ago, began feeling dizzy and lost consciousness.
Initial reports that Tracy appeared 'extremely intoxicated' were later refuted by Park City Medical Center.
Tracy's new film, 'Predisposed', is being screened at the Sundance Film Festival.
