TMZ dug up info on Montana beating the brakes off her boyfriend's ex. Little Miss Bad Ass is being prosecuted right now for assault with a deadly weapon. Apparently Montana barged into her boyfriend's ex's house, rushed her into the bathroom and beat the shit out of her. Montana was arrested and charged with battery, false imprisonment and assault with a deadly weapon. She's being repped by Lindsay Lohan's lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley.
