While Fox Boogie was busy testifying in front of a grand jury regarding whether or not she violated a protection order by mooning her neighbor and inviting said neighbor to kiss her ass, her brother Gavin 'Pretty Boy' Marchand was getting busted using stolen credit cards.
Foxy Brown testified in front of the grand jury yesterday regarding the on going saga with her neighbor that could land her behind bars for up to 4 years. No decision was made on whether or not Fox'll be charged with a felony for violating her neighbor's protection order, but they say Boogie cried on the stand during her testimony, so that proves she was telling the truth about what happened, right?

Foxy's brother Gavin is in a bit of trouble too. Seems last Saturday Gav and his boys where charging up shit with forged credit cards at the Hermes store on Madison Ave.
After charging nearly $8,000 worth of stuff Gavin and his posse left the store and were promptly rounded up by the cops. Their getaway driver, seeing what was happening, drove off with the cops in hot pursuit. After a high speed chase, literally 90mph on Madison Ave, driver dummy pulled over and was arrested too.
Asked about her brother's woes outside her court appearance, Foxy answered,
"I don't know anything about that."
