Foxy Brown was indicted Friday on charges she violated an order of protection when she mooned and cussed out her neighbor, Arlene Raymond [click here if you missed that]. Arlene was granted the protection order back in 2007 after Foxy clocked her in the face with a Blackberry [click here if you missed that].
Foxy was charged with criminal contempt in the second degree and is facing up to a year in jail if convicted.
