There's a warrant out for the arrest of Mel B's new husband, Stephen Mr. Slimeball skipped town without paying his fines, and an Ocean County court spokesperson said, “A warrant has been issued over unpaid fines and costs relating to an animal control offence. He will be arrested if he returns to this area." I've also heard he's faced a string of legal actions regarding evictions from various apartments for non payment of rents. And Mel B's mother, who hasn't spoken to Mel in months, said Mel hasn't even told her she got married. Moms said she read about it on a Hollywood gossip blog!
